I answer personally, usually within a day. If the task is not for me, I will say so directly and, if I can, point you to the right person — that beats a polite week of silence.
Getting in touch
Telegram is fastest: a voice message, a screenshot, a link to a competitor — any format works. Email is for a formal request, an invoice or documents. I do not publish a phone number: the conversation starts with showing the task anyway, not describing it.
To keep it short
What the task is and why the business needs it · whether a site, app or bot already exists and what is wrong with it · the deadline · a rough budget or range. That is enough for me to say in the first reply whether I take it on, and to name the order of magnitude.
How I work
You talk to me and I do the work: no «the manager will check with the developer». The domain, hosting and admin panel are registered to you — the product stays yours. After launch: documentation, training and ongoing care; projects I have run since 2022 are the best proof that I do not disappear after delivery.
